The TP is showing stats related to tarballs uploaded by maintainers.
l10n.gnome.org is showing stats related to HEAD of product.

That's the reason behind this difference. You can checkout the CVS HEAD
repos of gst-plugins-bad to check this. There's currently 8 strings to
translate in HEAD.
