As you can see in the Release schedule [1], .po files can be submitted
for 2.20 until 15-17 September. So you have some time left.

You can post .po files in Bugzilla bug reports [2], and then write to
this list so someone can commit them for you.

If Marcel doesn't answer in the next month, tell this list again. We'll
see what we can do.
