For some reason, the po files were not updated when the pot file
changed.
But there is really 82 messages in gnome-doc-utils, and the percentages
are right. I don't have direct access to the server to investigate more.
If you want to update the po file for your language, you can either
merge the file yourself ("msgmerge yourlanguage.po gnome-doc-utils.pot >
yournewpofile") or run "intltool-update yourlanguagecode" in the po
source code directory.
If you see this happen again on another package, let us know.
