Do a search for something like ">C<" and you will get

    <property name="label" translatable="yes">C</property>
    <property name="selectable">True</property>

		<atkrelation target="label60" type="labelled-by"/>
	</accessibility>
</widget>

It is part of something like

Locale: C

and while the label "Locale" is translatable, the result ("C") is
determined when you run the program.

Just talked with Eitan and apparently this message should not have been
marked as translatable.
