Forbidden Access to New PO in Progress Page?

Hi,

First of all, let me say thank you to all people involved in
the wonderful new working system, from the SVN migration
to the instant Progress page.

However, I have got a report in Bug #395252 saying that
access to some PO file from the Progress page is forbidden.

My guess is that the file was newly added to SVN by me,
the first one after the migration. For other updated files,
there has been no problem so far.

Is that relevant?
