gimp 2.4.3 release ahead

Hi,

I would like to let you know that we will be doing a GIMP 2.4.3 release
in a few days. A quick look at
http://l10n.gnome.org/module/gimp/#gimp-2-4 showed me that many
languages are almost completely translated and only need small changes
to reach 100%. Since we are definitely completely string-frozen, perhaps
now would be a good time to give your translations a final polish.

We will be doing the release from the gimp-2-4 branch, so please update
your translations there. Thanks a lot for your work.
