I only pushed myself through translating that file because it _is_  
needed. There is quite a lot of useful context in that file that  
isn't just function names. As it is, it's unusable by someone without  
a functional level of English, or a dictionary and inspired guesses.

I'm only speaking for my language community here, but we do need the  
translation.
