In general, feel free to change the docbook/C/*.xml files directly, before
we hit the release notes string freeze, as long as you don't go too wild.
marketing-list is the best place to suggest the English original text.

This doesn't seem very worthwhile. The - isn't essential. and the extra
"by" isn't necessary.

The rnthanks section hasn't been updated for 2.12 at all. If nobody
gathers some meaningful information for this, then it will be removed.
