The yellow bar is just because the status pages were not able to
generate the .pot file. We have now so many yellow bars because I moved
the status pages to another server and old files were removed, the
problem was there before the migration but as we had a old .pot file,
the yellow bar did not appear (it only appears if it does not have a .po
file for that language and there is not any .pot file).


And yes, the different number of strings is because this problem.

I think that we (I) need help reviewing the log build to detect broken
modules and also fixing them (the normal solution is just fixing the
POTFILES.in file).
