Please remember 'msgfmt -c' (or else no birthday presents for you!)

Can people please, please, please remember to run "msgmfmt -c XX.po"
before committing an updated translation file?

It is fiddly enough building everything in GNOME these days without
having really fundamental and completely avoidable translation problems
getting in the way (like the two I found in Dasher -- and yes, I
reported the bug, but that didn't seem to stop a broken version of the
same file being committed again in the past few hours).

Thankyou for your consideration. :-)

Malcolm
