I'm planning to come, but since it's scheduled just after the Unicode
Technical Committee meeting in Toronto, it depends on if I can find a
three-way ticket (Tehran-Toronto-Kristiansand-Tehran) for a reasonable
price or not.

Of course it also depends on the Norwegians being less bureaucratic than
the Irish. The Irish visa process took so long I missed GU4DEC.
