Apologies in advance if this comes out the way it was never intended to
be ...this sounds like an attempt to treat very important software
related issues as mere statistics.
Do you realise that there will be such a scramble the message of freedom
will get trampled.
I am not saying 'do not extend the bounty system to translations' but
don't attach it to statistics, please.

Now this is a goodway to give rewards. The free software developer who
betters KDE's excellent support mechanism for i18n must be made
president of Gnome imho :)
There are better ways to spend resources to improove l10n too like help
setup Gnome aware user nodes/groups...
