string change in gtk-properties

Hi,

I have fixed bug 130047, which required changing the blurb of one
property (from "The size of the rendered icon" to "The GtkIconSize value
that specifies the size of the rendered icon"). The old blurb would
probably mislead 90% of all users into specifying 16 instead of
GTK_ICON_SIZE_MENU. 

Sorry for the inconvenience. Well, at least it won't spoil your stats
for user-visible strings, since we split the property strings off.
