request for CVS account

hi,
  I want to contribute towards marathi for GTP. We have some
translated POs. I want to commit them to CVS. Can I get an CVS
account?

The Marathi coordinator for gnome (jitendras vsnl com) doesn't have an
CVS account either. So far we have been using Hindi
coordinators'(karunakar) channel to commit to CVS.

Please provide me a cvs account.
