Request for approval of string change in Evolution

Hi,
I would like to apply a patch which has string change to Evolution, It
fixes a serious limitation in groupwise account setup in Evolution. If
the setting specified in the account setup are wrong, setup fails and
user has to restart the process of account setup which is the limitation
(http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=62700) . We want 
to change the behaiour so that user can go back to account editor window
and correct the wrong setting and get the account setup complete. This
change causes change to the error message we show to user when account
setup fails 


Can we Change this string?
