Opened a bug on intltool

  Hi!

Just to let you all know I just opened a bug over intltool module (number 
150603 - http://bugs.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=150603)

The 0.31.1 version fails to merge the generated file.pot with a translation. 
This is affecting at least the gtetrinet package (the one I tested with), 
although it may affect others on the extra section.

Basically, I had 0.30 and was looking at status pages trying to figure out 
why some packages weren't updating. Using 0.30 I got no errors with -m and I 
could do an "intltool-update pt" OK.

After upgrading to 0.31.1, I get an error on the gtetrinet. I haven't tested 
other modules that don't generate but I believe the problem is the same. 
Although I opened the bug over the intltool update for analysis, I'm not 
sure if this isn't a bug on the application compile scripts.
