*.glade files are just regular xml. They are treated by the
intltool/gettext system we use the same as any other source file. The
substitution can be made in them just as with the others.
Since I am not hearing anything threatening about the effects of
changing "translator_credits" > "translator-credits" in all po files at
once, I am about to do it in galeon/po/. The corresponding source code
change has already been made.
