new string in Epiphany

Hi,

I just committed the fix for bug #144909 to Epiphany, which causes a 
new string to appear:

#: embed/mozilla/mozilla-embed-single.cpp:221
msgid "http://www.google.com/search?ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=";

Please take the accompanying translator's comment into account when
translating the string.
The strings should be translated to the same url as the default smart
bookmark, but since the format is different, I couldn't re-use that
string.
