Doing a list with these "difficult" words is a great idea. The best
thing to do with this list I think is to bring it to attention to the
GDP people (GNOME Docs people) so that they may bring it into account
when constructing their GNOME glossary
(http://developer.gnome.org/documents/style-guide/wordlist.html). Then
perhaps we can have less difficult words to translate used in GNOME to
begin with.
