And when you've got multi-million dollar customers who are on 24 hour
support contracts, you don't generally want to get bugs lost into the
ethernet - for that matter, if they report a security bug that could
potentially cripple their multi-billion dollar system to
bugzilla.gnome.org, we wouldn't be terribly popular ;)
