It's the combination of gettext and gnumeric that has something wrong.
I'm not sure where the status pages are generated (probably only carlos
and menthos knows), but on that machine, gettext 0.12 is installed, and
it doesn't like some non-ascii msgid in gnumeric, hence intltool failed
to generate pot file. The gnumeric.pot you got in status pages was
actually many days ago.
