I think linuxi18n.org switched to use 'openi18n.org' instead, IIRC.

Yeah. I've removed the two linuxi18n.org links (I couldn't find those
documents on openi18n.org either), and instead added a link to
http://developer.gnome.org/doc/tutorials/gnome-i18n/developer.html.
