Reporting message bugs is of course all fine and to be encouraged. If
you find problems with messages (typos, bad terminology, or bad for
translation in some way, or any other issues you stumble upon) please
don't hesitate to report them in Bugzilla (http://bugzilla.gnome.org/).

Please also use the "string" keyword to classify the bug in the keyword
field when reporting, and also use the "GNOMEVER2.3" keyword if the
issue is in a GNOME 2.3/2.4 module. That way we can find all bugs
related to message issues in the upcoming GNOME release much easier buy
simply searching for the keywords "GNOMEVER2.3" and "string".

Please *do not* add gnome-i18n@gnome.org as cc: in the bug reports!
By adding the list address to the cc: field in Bugzilla bug reports, the
list will get normally mail for every simple change or added comment in
the bug reports. There already are 221 bug reports with the keywords
"GNOMEVER2.3" and "string" in Bugzilla, and it's likely to become even
more. 221 individual reports times countless added bug report comments
and status changes for these makes a lot of mail, and I don't think
we'll want to drown the list with automated mail in that scale. The
amount of bugzilla mail, if you're cc:ed on a few bug reports here and
there, is bad enough for individuals, and on a mailing list it would
probably effectively make ordinary discussions impossible to follow...
:-/

If you want to bring special attention to some bug reports, you can
instead send an ordinary mail to this list, listing the bug numbers or
even the complete bug URL:s for the reports. Then people can decide for
themselves if they want to track those bug reports, by adding themselves
to the cc: list of those bug reports.

But please *do not* add the mailing list, gnome-i18n@gnome.org, as cc:
to the bug reports themselves.
