New team for Gujarati (GJ)

Hello,

I have translated the GNOME Glossary to Gujarati (GJ) and would like to
continue on the other files. Is there anybody else working on Gujarati?
I didn't find the language on the status page. If there is no team, I
would be glad to coordinate the efforts for Gujarati translation. 

Not sure how much I can finish by September, but it would be great if we
can see some Gujarati in the next version ;)
