I've tried to fix those I could now:

        * translation-status.xml: Fixed pot file name for gnome-panel,
        gnome-utils, gnome-vfs, libgnome, libgnomecanvas, libgnomeprint,
        libgnomeprintui, libgnomeui, libgtop in 2.1-core.

The gnome-themes one is more difficult and requires fixes in
gnome-themes.
