Yes, in the extra-po subdirectory in the gnome-i18n module. The INFO
files in the directories already there describe the usual way of doing
things: well before release the maintainer puts the updated .pot file
in extra-po and informs this list; then just before release he fetches
all .po files and add them to his local repository.
