'bug' in gkb keyboard switcher

GKB keyboard switcher automaticly has US and Hungarian language configured 
by default (when user adds a new applet for the first time)

If i figured out corectly, both options are specified in binary executable
file of gkb keyboard switcher.

I think it would be good:
a) to have this taken out of binary and put to some place where system
administrator can change the defaults
b) automaticly add current language to the list of keyboards in gkb (first
time it is executed)
