Check that LANGUAGE hs 'pt_BR'

Check also that the menu are actually translated in pt_BR.

using 'xx' when 'xx_YY' is not available is a feature.

Not at all. Portuguese from Portugal is better than English if no Brazilian
version is available, isn't it?
