Sub locale problem

Hello guys,

I'm a member of the Brazilian Portuguese team(pt_BR). And we have a
problem. Even if we set the locale variables to pt_BR (LANG, etc) the main
(foot) menu appears in Portuguese from Portugal (pt locale).

How can it be fixed? Is this a feature or a bug?

Well, if it's a feature, it's a very strange one :-)

Hope some body help us.
