new libgda/gnome-db release

Hi!

I am preparing a bug fix release of libgda/gnome-db, so please, update
your translations whenever you can.

The CVS branch to be used is the gnome-1-x-branch for both gnome-db and
libgda.

Although, it would be great if you could also update the HEAD branch,
which is separated in 3 modules: libgda, libgnomedb and gnome-db (for
all of them, CVS HEAD).
