Actually, I'm one of the people who do _not_ separate localization from
development. I spend quite a lot of time fixing i18n related problems in
GNOME apps but I don't have enough time to read 50+ mailing lists.
BTW, 9 months ago I sent you a patch implementing the Q_() macro to improve
the GIMP translations. Have you made a decision about that (it looked like
you finally accepted my proposal) or you have something better now?
