i am planning on making tarballs for 1.4 beta 1 on wednesday, for the
following modules:

bug-buddy
gnome-core
gnome-applets
control-center (branch: control-center-1-0).

i'd appreciate if these could be done around noon-ish eastern time on
wednesday.
