heads up for Nautilus 1.0 freeze (2001-02-23)

The code freeze for Nautilus 1.0 is currently planned for February 23. That
means there are about 3 more weeks left to update translations for Nautilus.
I'm sad to report that there may be some changes in the translatable strings
late, although we are trying to avoid that.

A warning -- we have been successful lately making our schedules for
Nautilus, so there's a good chance it will go out on time. PR3 went out on
schedule.

Please contact me or send mail to Nautilus list if there's some problem with
getting the translations done in time.
