Galeon now in own module

The web browser Galeon has now moved to GNOME CVS and is to be found in
the "galeon" module. Please update your translations against the po
directory of this module from now on rather than the now obsolete
extra-po/galeon directory of the gnome-i18n module.
Maybe now also the update.pl script and a POTFILES.in could be committed
and the status script be changed to reflect the new location of the po
files? Kjartan, Kenneth?
