ok... just for info... some time ago i was talking about my program
called smart
... at least a part of it might be very useful also in your new
translation memory program, because smart does some very smart
capitalizing and other things that make pretranslations as i call them
useful out of the box...

here it is the latest version...
i don't have enough time to actively develop it, but it might help...
version is 0.4.6 (version number is wrong)
i use it regularly for slovenian translations and it does in avearage
about 1/3 of the work instead of me
