Font of icons in Gnome

Kaixo!

I've been asked how to change the fonts of icons in the desktop;
I remember that was handled by gmc and the font was hardcoded in
the sources; however I haven't found where. I had founbd it once in the
past but not now I need it... maybe it has been already fixed ? In such
case, how to change the fonts? If not, does anyone know the file to edit?
