RH8 don't have menu editing atm, but judgeing by Havoc's comment to
another mail I think he merging the GNOME 2.2 menu editing into the
RedHat package atm. So hopefully there will be an updated gnome-panel(?)
package with menu editing from Red Hat in the not to distant future.
