I've been supposed to mail gnome-hackers asking for a 1.4.1 release
coordinator for the last couple weeks, but keep not doing so.
So - who wants to be the release coordinator? Seth, Kjartaan? ;-)

Sure we could include pkg-config. I'm not sure it's super-useful to do
so but why not.
