Regarding your application bar, how would you implement a multi-tiered menu system? That is, in the 'Office' category, if i then wanted to make sub-categories such as word processors, spreadsheet programs, or presentation software.

would there then be three sections? categories, subcategories, applications? or would you move into the subcategories from the initial application section?

it is interesting though :)
