Hello all!

	I was wondering if it was possible to place an icon on the desktop that would actually be capable of reacting on the pointer being over it, or clicking it, etc...
	In effect, something along the lines the mouseover() JS stuff u can do on the webpages, and having the icons then on the desktop being animated as well?
