The window manager hints are pretty much finalized.  You can look at
them in gnome-libs/libgnomeui/gnome-winhints.[ch].  Enlightenment has
a sample implementation, and I believe IceWM has implemented most of
them as well.

It has not been finished.

For now we are mostly copying the Windows keybindings, as a lot of
people are used to them.
