where have all the guides gone?

Hi folks,

I used to read this list in the beginning of this year, then I was out
of business for a long time. Now I came back to read and I just
wanted to ask what has become out of some ideas that once existed:

- GNOME wm hints proposal (Draft)
The last thing I saw was from Marko Macek in February. Have you come
to an agreement, what it takes to be gnome-compliant in that region?

- GNOME Style Guide
Same question: where did it go?

- GNOME key binding standard
And what has happened to that?

Or has this moved to another list? I remember very much traffic about
the GSG and something like a rebel style guide...
