A good idea. Since my commitment to GNOME will be coming to an end within
the next few weeks, some sort of transitional guide should be developed.
Let the UISG & GUIG handle the application-level material.

I only apolize that I havent been able to put more work into the UISG
lately, due to persistant sickness/work crap i've had to deal with.

However, as promised, UISG Revision 1 is due out Monday.
