I'll comment further when mockups have been made up and tested on a
significant number of users, from newbie to advanced. Anything said
before then (on IRC or otherwise), unless accompanied by links to
already performed research, is going to be just so much conjecture.

Now...where'd that tooltips thread go?...;)
