So you need upstream git version or you need to patch 3.13.3 version with above commits/patches.

I could not find official Gnome page for it, but according to the readme, tarballs are available here: https://download.gnome.org/sources/gnome-menus/3.13/.

In addition I would like to inform you that there is a problem with gmenu2 after changing XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP.

Gmenu2 fails to treat "inherited"/"multi" session names (like GNOME-Flashback:GNOME:Unity) and therefor applications using this library presented only with partial applications list.
As a workaround, in application I maintain, I have to unset XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP before library is called.

Server reports RandR version 1.2


Vbox on the other hand (where flashback works out of the box) reports server RandR version = 1.4.
