[gnome-flashback] Shutdown and Restart panels in gnome-flashback

I installed Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and added through Ubuntu software repositories the gnome-flashback (vers. 1:3.8.0-1ubunt12.2). The Shutdown and Restart panels won't let me Cancel or kill the window [x]. In other words, the computer restarts or powers off no matter the click.
