Why are you asking here? This is a standard GNOME/Nautilus dialog, and is not developed by us. Anyway, information about using that dialog is described in detail in <https://help.gnome.org/users/gnome-help/stable/nautilus-connect.html.en>. -- Dmitry Shachnev
