Hi,
After api-chnages in EDS-3.5.x , EDS developer Matthew provided a patch which was working fine with panel-3.6 & with eds-3.6 on Ubuntu 12.10. However it stopped working after that...somewhere between 3.6 & 3.8. The entire scenario is something like this:
Gnome-Panel EDS Ubuntu Status
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3.6 3.6 12.10 Working #patch provided
3.6 3.8 13.10 Not Working
3.6 3.10 14.04 Not Working
3.8 3.10 14.04 Not Working
3.8.x 3.12 14.10 Not Working
Dimity (in the launchpad bug report) said he lacks in code knowledge to debug it properly which is same for me. Suspecting changes in EDS may responsible for this, I asked for help in evolution-hackers mailing list. EDS developer Milan Crha is willing to give a shot on the calendar code. The discussion is going on here:
@Alberts (Or anyone), can you please take the discussion into right direction?
Thanks.
