Hi Dmitry,

I just pushed a commit to master that completely fixes make distcheck, 
now running 'make; make distcheck' from a clean state will produce a 
tarball that _DOES_ contain these two files:

 gtk-doc.make and po/Makefile.in.in

Let me know if that will fix your build problems. If make distcheck 
finishes without error, then it should be an indicator that the build 
system is correct, or not?
