I am using Ubuntu 14.04 & gnome-panel-3.8.0-1ubuntu3, and I am experiencing weird indicator-applet-appmenu bug.
If I login into Gnome-Flashback (compiz-session) and add indicator-applet-appmenu (aka. global-menu) to gnome-panel, it simply freezes & all other applets disappears from panel. The panel becomes blank!
If I blindly SUPER+ALT+Right-click to the left-edge of the panel, it gives indication-applet right-click menu option (Which means the applet was there) to remove the appmenu applet from the panel. If I remove it, all applets become visible again & normal-behavior resumes with all other applets working fine.
After adding the appmenu applet, "gnome-panel --replace" gives me following error:
```
(gnome-panel:16615): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_accelerator_parse_with_keycode: assertion 'accelerator != NULL' failed
** (gnome-panel:16615): WARNING **: Unable to parse mouse modifier '(null)'
**
GLib:ERROR:/build/buildd/glib2.0-2.39.2/./glib/gvarianttypeinfo.c:165:g_variant_type_info_check: assertion failed: (info->alignment == 0 || info->alignment == 1 || info->alignment == 3 || info->alignment == 7)
```
In Ubuntu-12.04 & 12.10 indicator-applet-appmenu works fine without any problem.
Thanks.
